Welcome to Party Scape Events. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or scheduling an event.

Booking & Reservations

Submitting a booking or inquiry form does not guarantee your event date. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from Party Scape Events and any required deposit has been received.

Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your event date.

The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed-upon due date provided in your invoice or service agreement.

Failure to make payments by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.

Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel your event, please notify us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility for payments made beyond the deposit will be determined according to your signed service agreement and the work already completed.

Party Scape Events reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather, unsafe conditions, illness, emergencies, or events beyond our reasonable control. If this occurs, we will work with you to reschedule whenever possible.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate event information.
Ensuring access to the venue at the scheduled setup time.
Obtaining any required venue permissions or permits.
Ensuring the event location is safe and accessible.

Delays caused by restricted access or inaccurate information may affect setup times and services.

Decorations & Rental Items

Any rental items provided by Party Scape Events remain the property of Party Scape Events unless otherwise stated.

Clients are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged rental items beyond normal wear and tear and may be charged replacement or repair costs.

Balloons & Décor

While we use high-quality materials, balloons and certain décor items are affected by weather, temperature, venue conditions, and handling. Party Scape Events cannot guarantee the longevity of balloons or decorations after setup has been completed.

Photography & Marketing

With your permission, Party Scape Events may photograph or record completed event setups for use on our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.

If you prefer that your event not be photographed or shared, please notify us in writing before your event.

Limitation of Liability

Party Scape Events is not responsible for:

Venue-related issues.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

Changes to Services

We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions of décor items, flowers, balloons, or other materials when necessary due to availability or supply shortages while maintaining the overall style and quality of the design.
